Clay and lime-stone with exceptional sun shining and kind

Tramontane wind blowing on the grapes The grapes are harvested from the best parcels of our family vineyards in the south of France. Direct pressing, racking and fermentation at 18°C. Traditional vinification in stainless tanks to highlight the pure fruit of the grape. Deep black robe with purple hues, impressive aromatic intensity, notes of black fruits, black currant and spices. Full-bodied, concentrated tannins well-coated by the fruit. Generous finish, long and silky. Very concentrated wine, fruit bombe with good potential for aging.
