Long traditional vinification with strict temperature management. Aging in US oak toasted barrel for 10 months obtain an expressive chocolate notes in aftertaste. It softens the tannins and adds potential for aging. Deep and intense purple robe. The nose gives off little black fruits and spice aromas with raspberries and black currant notes. Generous and ripe on the palate with tannins nicely smoothed out.
